London, April 28, 2009 - Aia Software (
www.aia-itp.com), the developer of the ITP Document Platform today announced the integration of their ITP/Online server with the Genius Underwriting application designed and developed by Xchanging. For a number of years Xchanging has deployed ITP alongside Genius worldwide to create on-demand business documents. However, Insurers have an ever increasing demand for a bespoke, flexible, interactive and functional document composition product. In order to fulfill these needs, ITP/Online server has been integrated with the Genius application.
By utilising ITP/Online, business users are able to modify documents by virtue of an interactive dialogue which enables the creation of tailor made correspondence. In addition, the ITP/MDK Repository has also been made available to Genius users, the repository enables a complete management and development environment for document templates. With this new solution, Xchanging is able to provide their customers an end-to-end solution to satisfy all their entire requirements. To sanction the recent developments, a new agreement between Aia Software and Xchanging has recently been signed.
John Colwell, Finance Director of the Xchanging Insurance Software business: “This renewed agreement is a clear confirmation of our partnership and marks a significant moment. Some major global insurance carriers have already begun implementing Genius and ITP/Online Server. Other customers will shortly be informed of these new and additional possibilities. We are confident that our proposition for the insurance industry is now complete and are convinced that many of our customers will deploy the new solution.”
Paul Dirven, CEO at Aia Software: “We are very pleased with the renewal of our agreement with Xchanging and view this moment as a new impulse in our intensive business collaboration. Xchanging serves customers from the worldwide top hundred largest insurance companies and is, as strategic partner, of great importance to us. Operating from our office close to the heart of the financial world in London, we can extensively support Xchanging. With this renewed agreement in place, we expect a significant increased growth in the international insurance market.”
