Vesta Corporation, a global pioneer and leader in electronic payment solutions, today announced that it has begun managing Tele2 Latvia's electronic Web & IVR top-up channels. Vesta will also support live agent top-ups hosted by Tele2.

Vesta's technology introduces convenient, new functionality to Tele2's prepaid customers for streamlined, secure top-ups via a wide variety of payment devices and payment channels.
