Flexera Software, the leading provider of strategic solutions for Application Usage Management for application producers and their customers, today announced that ToBeInControl B.V., a leading asset management and telecom expense management firm, has joined Flexera Software’s Enterprise License Optimisation Alliance Partner program.
As an Enterprise License Optimisation partner, ToBeInControl will serve as a software reseller for the FlexNet Manager Suite of Enterprise License Optimisation solutions in the Netherlands and Belgium. ToBeInControl will also provide implementation and consulting services around FlexNet Manager Suite.
Software is a strategic asset to any enterprise, and the manner in which licenses and license agreements are negotiated, managed and complied with will impact a company’s bottom line – especially in this era of increased vendor compliance audits. FlexNet Manager Suite for Enterprises is used by enterprises around the world to gain control of and optimise spend across their software estate.
"Our customers are demanding solutions that provide visibility into their software estates so they can understand what applications they have, leverage those licenses most optimally, and negotiate the most favorable license agreements with their vendors,” said Hans Krommenhoek, ToBeInControl’s business unit manager. “We have worked with several competitive products over the years and through experience, we believe that FlexNet Manager Suite provides a far superior solution for software asset management (SAM) and enterprise license optimisation.”
“ToBeInControl has demonstrated great skill and excellence in the delivery of solutions and services that help customers achieve continual optimisation in their licensing positions,” said Timothy Boudreau, vice president of strategic alliances at Flexera Software. “As global demand for next generation software asset management products expands, we are pleased to welcome ToBeInControl into our partner channel and know they will thrive in the Netherlands and Belgium.”
