15th July 2010, Hemel Hempstead, UK – following on from the successful technology and user group events held last year, Telephonetics VIP, the speech automation specialist, is pleased to announce its first Annual Conference. The event will take place at Aston Villa Football Club on 28th & 29th September 2010.
The previous events run by Telephonetics VIP have focused on specific customer verticals, such as Health and Public Sector. The Annual Conference will bring people from all of Telephonetics VIPs customer and prospect base together, to share knowledge and network. There will be separate streams for specific markets along with shared sessions for everybody.
The first day of the Conference will run as a customer user group. Delegates will learn about product developments in the contact centre, outbound and automation fields as well as see demonstrations of new functionality across Telephonetics VIP’s product and solution range.
The second day of the Conference is open to all and delegates will discover how, in challenging times, Telephonetics VIP can help to make a difference to their organisations. Speakers will explore and share how to achieve value for money and improve customer satisfaction levels. The day will include presentations on several award commended customer innovations and service delivery initiatives covering areas such as improved communications, integrated customer service and spend to save. There will also be a programme of product workshops. The Conference will also provide an opportunity for Netcall, who recently took ownership of Telephonetics PLC, to introduce themselves and showcase their product offering.
Bill Burgar, Managing Director at Telephonetics VIP enthuses, “I am really looking forward to welcoming our customers and prospects to our first ever Annual Conference. We are delighted to have a broad range of customers presenting and sharing their experiences. Delegates will have good opportunities to network, share best practice and gain insight from counterparts in their field.”
