Econsultancy has today announced the shortlist for its 2010 Innovation Awards, which recognise pioneering developments in digital marketing and e-commerce across 21 different categories.
There were almost 400 entries for the prestigious international awards which are now in their third year.
The winners will be announced on 14 January 2011 after final judging by Econsultancy and an international panel selected from companies themselves known for innovation such as BBC, Mercedes-Benz, Dell, Telefonica (O2), Dupont, BT, Net-a-Porter, Mindshare, bigmouthmedia, SMAC and Newsforce.
Digital thought leaders such as Paul Boag, Sam Decker and Ian Jindal are also part of the judging panel, as well as Econsultancy CEO Ashley Friedlein, Director of Innovation Chris Lake, and Research Director Linus Gregoriadis.
The Innovation Awards were set up as part of Econsultancy’s commitment to recognising innovation in the digital sector, as demonstrated by its regularly updated Innovation Report.
A Winner’s Dinner will take place on Wednesday 9 February in central London. Winners will receive complimentary tickets as part of their prize. Otherwise seats (limited) cost £195+VAT.
