Sunrise to demonstrate its award-winning browser based service management software, Sostenuto

Service Desk and IT Support Show,
Sunrise Software will be setting the bar high with three major launches relating to its award winning browser-based service management software, Sostenuto. Sunrise Software will be demonstrating its solutions on stand 200 at the Service Desk and IT Support Show, which is taking place at Earls Court on the 27th and 28th April, 2010.
The launches include the unveiling of Sostenuto 3.5, with its emphasis on user-friendly landing pages to provide a holistic view of different ITIL modules, its latest ITIL 3 configuration which firmly places IT in a business context, and, last but not least, an exciting new customer portal which truly belongs in the age of web 2.0 applications.
Sunrise Software provides a range of IT service management software solutions for internal and external facing service desks, in particular MSPs and OSPs. Customers include Anglian Water, the NHS, Rugby Football Union, Tamworth Borough Council, Greenwich University and Arts Council England.
