NextiraOne, Europe’s leading expert in communications services, is one of the first of Microsoft’s partners in Austria to achieve the new, more demanding requirements for the achievement of gold level certification in Unified Communications (UC). NextiraOne Austria continues to hold the highest levels of Microsoft accreditation building on the success of recent years.

The development of the Microsoft Partner Programme into the Microsoft Partner Network brings benefits for both customers and partners. The new community supports its members in developing their full potential. In order to become a part of this network, companies must be able to demonstrate their expertise in a number of business areas designated by Microsoft.

The demanding requirements of the new programme give greater transparency for customers in that they demonstrate more clearly the expertise of the partner. This makes NextiraOne’s achievement in reaching Microsoft Gold Partner status again especially pleasing and a confirmation of the company’s leading position in unified communications. This re-certification is based on the comprehensive, high quality services provided by the solutions integrator in this sector of its business.

NextiraOne had also to fulfil a number of additional requirements to achieve the accreditation: in addition to the development of further expertise, the company had to be able to demonstrate positive feedback from customers using Microsoft solutions, including customer survey results. The required references confirmed the level of customer satisfaction in terms of both customer service and the solutions delivered by NextiraOne.

In addition to Gold certification for Unified Communications NextiraOne has also achieved the Silver Midmarket Solution Provider Competency for its support for small and medium-sized businesses.
