SSP, a leading global provider of insurance technology, today announced the availability of its Insure-J insurance solution on Oracle Database 11g. This new release further extends the availability of Insure-J on industry standards.
Designed to replace legacy technology, Insure-J is a modern, service-oriented architecture (SOA) based, dynamic general insurance solution delivered through a comprehensive range of business components, including product configuration, policy administration, claims and reinsurance that allow insurers to create their own unique solution. Providing insurers with unprecedented freedom to integrate with other systems, Insure-J allows insurers to increase their speed to market, streamline current processes and improve customer service across all lines of business.
The investment by SSP in Insure-J, combined with the addition of support for Oracle Database 11g, allows SSP to offer a wider choice of implementation and database options to its customers and underpins its strategy to make Insure-J the leading component based insurance solution available.
