March 16th 2011 - Bath, UK - Sidonis, the leading innovator in service assurance, today announced that it has completed a second round of investment funding. It also welcomes former Logica COO Jim McKenna to its Board, as non-executive Chairman.

Jim McKenna spent 14 years at Logica, serving on its Main Board since 1998. He was appointed its Chief Operating Officer in 2005. He has extensive experience in the global IT and technology sector, with career spells at GEC-Marconi and Plessey. In addition to Sidonis, Jim also serves as Chairman at several UK technology firms, including Azzuri Communications and PowerOasis.

On securing a second round of investment, Sidonis CEO Don Keir commented, “The benefits of Sidonis’ unique root cause and service impact analysis technology have now been proven.
