VoC Feedback 4.1.0 is a turnkey data-capturing tool (SaaS delivery) that generates superior and flexible customer surveys. The enhanced survey tool enables users to generate and manage customer surveys across multiple channels (e.g. SMS, Email and Voice) and through a wide range of languages. The new version provides existing users with a comprehensive upgrade, including several new features, such as:

Open question or matrix grouping
Drag and drop question functionality
New data importer functionality, including background processing
New data exporter functionality, including background processing, a report scheduling feature and a custom report generator
