Ronnie Maclean has joined the sales operation at 1st Touch. His appointment reflects a continued campaign of expansion and investment at 1st Touch, developers of the acclaimed 1st Touch mobile workforce software  range which is used widely in the local authority and social housing sectors.

Before joining 1st Touch, Maclean spent 2 years with EDRM (Electronic Documents and Records Management) supplier Documotive. Here he played a major role in the company’s entry into the social housing market and contributed significantly to its growth in this sector. For 12 years prior to that, he managed the social housing system sales in the North for IBS.

In his new role, Maclean will be introducing the benefits of 1st Touch’s acclaimed enterprise-wide solutions to housing organisations across the UK. Commenting on his appointment Maclean noted, “To date as an observer I have seen the rapid adoption of 1st Touch applications by social housing organisations throughout the UK. I have also been aware of the very positive feedback they receive from their customers. This is no doubt a reflection of the significant investment 1st Touch makes in quality and service levels.
