RedPixie, a global technology firm which specialises in transforming IT environments for business success, today announced that Rob Neal has been appointed as Head of Services. Rob will be leading the development of RedPixie’s Business Intelligence and Data practice to add to the firm’s existing EUC and Cloud practices.
Rob brings with him over two decades of Business Intelligence experience, as well as knowledge of strategy, leadership and consultancy to this role at RedPixie. He will also be responsible for running the consultancy practices through building a talented Professional Services team to deliver quality services to clients.
Rob joins RedPixie from IT-Performs, where he was COO. There, Rob was responsible for defining and implementing large-scale Business Intelligence solutions for Blue-Chip organisations, shaping corporate strategy, building teams and developing new offerings. Prior to IT Performs, he also worked at BluePrint Management System, bought by Itelligence in 2012, for 11 years. This included four years as Managing Consultant Operations Manager. He also spent two years at RSA as a senior business analyst.
As Head of Services, Rob will be responsible for supporting clients and ensuring a high quality of team service delivery. The services team is responsible for bringing in new clients and developing new products and services. New propositions are tailor-made to meet each client’s specific objectives around target audience and brand values, often leading to bespoke projects.

In a related senior management shuffle, Co-Founders Dirk Anderson and Paul Greer, have been named Head of Product Management and Chief Architect, respectively.
