www.gateprotect.com, visitors can see a completely redesigned homepage with a clearer layout. Along with faster access to information due to the underlying advanced content management system (CMS), the site now provides a comprehensive new search function. The site is now available in twelve languages: English, German, Italian, Arabic, Chinese, Hindi, Persian, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish – French and Turkish will follow this week. The website relaunch underpins gateProtect’s growing international customer base.
The international websites have been consolidated in a sophisticated content management system. Kai Bulau, Marketing Manager at gateProtect, explains: “It was very important for us to select the right technology platform for our international, multilingual internet project. The multilingual specifications could only be implemented in a sensible and effective way with a powerful content management system. The most important requirement was that we could manage several character sets with the CMS, enabling us to display non-Latin languages using the Cyrillic, Chinese and Arabic fonts.”
