Focus on accelerating growth and scaling business within software vendor, intelligent device manufacturer and enterprise markets across region

Maidenhead, UK – March 4, 2013 - Flexera Software, the leading provider of Application Usage Management solutions for application producers and enterprises, announced that Peter Prestele has joined the company as Senior Vice President & General Manager, EMEA.

Prestele brings with him more than 20 years of executive-level management experience with leading technology companies.  Prior to joining Flexera Software he was EMEA General Manager for SuccessFactors.  Previously he served in leadership positions at Hewlett-Packard, Mercury Interactive, IBM Europe and other tech companies.

Prestele joins the company at a time when Flexera Software is enjoying rapid growth across all of its business areas, and across all geographical regions including EMEA. “Despite overall sluggishness in the European economy, demand is extremely robust for Application Usage Management solutions that help organisations derive more value from their software,” said Mark Bishof, President and CEO of Flexera Software.  “We are thrilled to have someone of Peter’s caliber and experience in this position to take our EMEA business to the next stage in our evolution.”
