Cross platform OCS-compatible ICE stack reduces risk and shortens time-to-market for Office Communications Server-compatible applications
Oslo, Norway – April 27, 2010. Leveraging Paradial’s award winning and standards-based RealTunnel firewall/NAT technologies, Paradial announces the availability of a Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007 compatible RealTunnel MS ICE SDK. Paradial confirms it has signed a first license agreement with a customer for the solution. Paradial’s RealTunnel MS ICE SDK allows organizations to quickly build multi platform applications that are compatible with Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007 R2 servers and that work in any firewall, NAT and web proxy environment.
Through the RealTunnel MS ICE SDK, companies can shorten the development time and reduce risk when developing Office Communications Server-compatible applications for Linux, MacOS, Windows Phone and Windows operating systems. The SDK contains an implementation of Microsoft Corp.’s ICE specification and includes STUN and TURN support.
“Through the RealTunnel MS ICE SDK companies can avoid the time consuming and complex development associated with implementing and ICE agent,” said Espen Skjæran, Paradial CTO.
“The MS ICE SDK reduces cost and removes risk for anyone building OCS-compatible applications. Building on a proven ICE SDK that runs on multiple OS-platforms allows MS-partners to focus on building high quality and innovative applications leveraging Paradial’s proven firewall and NAT traversal technologies” stated Paradial CEO, Ingvar Aaberg.
The RealTunnel MS ICE SDK is available immediately on Linux, Windows and MacOS. Support for other OS-platforms will be available soon.
