Putten, The Netherlands, June 6th, 2013 – Cordys, a leading BPMS and PaaS software vendor, today announces that Pacific Blue Cross (PBC), a leading benefits provider in British Columbia (CA), has successfully deployed the Cordys Business Operations Platform to speed up customer acquisition and on-boarding.

Pacific Blue Cross recently went live with a Cordys Dynamic Case Management solution that automates and streamlines the entire customer acquisition and on-boarding process across multiple enterprise systems. The implementation of the Cordys platform supports collaborative and unstructured processes, minimises manual intervention and sets deadlines to ensure tasks are completed within required timeframes. As a result, PBC can onboard new customers more quickly and cost effectively.
