LONDON (03 October, 2011) – On Demand Group (ODG), a SeaChange company, today announced the appointment of Stephen Riome as Managing Director. In his new role, Riome will take on the responsibility for day-to-day operations and profitability of all aspects of ODG’s existing global business.

Along with ODG’s fully managed transactional service business, Riome will also be responsible for adding additional blue-chip clients to ODG’s content processing and third party promo production business. In this new role he continues to be responsibility for the group’s international content acquisitions and programming activities.

With over 25 years of international Pay-TV experience, Riome has already served on ODG’s Board. In his six years at ODG Riome has been instrumental in refining operational, acquisitions and corporate strategy to facilitate ODG’s international expansion across 4 continents. Riome has been a driving force in delivering and developing ODG’s transactional businesses around the globe. He brings unique experience in the implementation and commercial operation of Pay-TV and transactional services having worked for a variety of international broadcasters in the UK, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
