On Demand Group Expands Reach to 18 platforms in 12 countries
LONDON and MALTA (28 June, 2011) – The Melita Group, the Republic of Malta’s leading premium television content provider, and world-leading TV VOD aggregator On Demand Group (ODG), today announced an agreement to launch ODG’s, “ondemand!” video on demand services to Melita subscribers.
The service launch will mark the extension of ODG’s reach to 18 platforms in 12 countries handling one billion video on demand transactions per year in nine different languages.
The Melita Group’s “ondemand!” service will include blockbuster and classic movies, popular TV series, top comedy, drama, documentaries, kids programming and music videos. Subscribers will be able to watch this premium content on-demand, with full control to pause, rewind, fast-forward or watch over again – whenever they want.
