Baar, Switzerland, 7 April, 2011 - me2me, a software company delivering productivity software solutions for enterprise mobility, has announced the closing of its first Series A equity capital increase to the amount of CHF 2.15 million as part of a First Closing. The round was supported by wholly-owned Credit Suisse entity SVC Ltd. for Risk Capital for SMEs (“SVC”), Swisscom (Schweiz) AG (“Swisscom Ventures”), beelk Holding AG (“beelk“) with management led by CEO Peter Hauser. A Second Closing is anticipated to take place on 30 June 2011, increasing the Series A figure to approximately CHF 3 million. Exclusive arranger and adviser to the transaction was VPAC Finance.
