London, 22 September 2010 - Lysanda, the leading provider of advanced technology for vehicle fuel savings, today announced that it has been selected as a partner by TomTom to provide its best-of-breed software, Eco-log™.
The introduction of Lysanda’s ground breaking technology into the new TomTom ecoPLUS, will enable fleet managers to view valuable data including information on fuel efficiency, driver behaviour and carbon footprint of a vehicle through the TomTom WEBFLEET system. The device is easily installed and connects quickly and simply to a vehicles on-board diagnostic system.
Lysanda’s suite of innovative solutions have been designed to provide highly accurate data on vehicle fuel consumption and wastage to help reduce vehicle fleet running costs. On average savings of between 15 – 20 per cent can be realised through improving driving behaviour using the in-vehicle driver aid and management reporting tools.
