Is Your IT Ready for the Future? NetApp executives explore the possibilities at Cisco Live 2011

London, January 28, 2011 – NetApp is focusing on shared IT infrastructures at this year’s Cisco Live event. As one of Cisco’s solution partners, NetApp is showcasing how customers can build a shared infrastructure with NetApp and Cisco and also the advantages of Flexpod.

Paul Sudlow, EMEA Technical Alliance Lead for Cisco and VMware, will be speaking at the show on Wednesday 2nd February at 10:30am in the Gold Theatre. He will be focusing on ‘Building future ready IT with NetApp shared storage & Cisco’. Paul will discuss how a flexible IT approach built on a shared storage Infrastructure from NetApp, combined with Cisco Unified Networking & Computing is faster and more efficient than traditional approaches to IT.

NetApp’s booth at the show is Gold G11 and will be combined with a virtual booth featuring blog posts from NetApp executives and activity from the show so that those not attending Cisco Live can gain an update on NetApp’s presence.  NetApp executives including John Rollason (@JohnRollason) and Tim Waldron (@timwaldron) will be continuously tweeting and blogging at the event and posts can be accessed via the virtual booth here: http://tiny.cc/snqwl

Visitors to the event stand will see a number of demonstrations around storage efficiency, one-wire and deduplication as well as a simulator provided by NetApp’s sponsored cycling team, Team NetApp.
