Ipswitch WhatsUp Gold® network monitoring software has won ‘Best ICT Management Product of the Year' at the 2014 Data Centre Solutions (DCS) awards. The DCS awards, presented in London on May 15th, recognised the achievements of end-users, channel partners and vendors in the datacentre industry.

WhatsUp Gold from Ipswitch was one of four nominees, up against products from Dell, Xtravirt and Virtual Instruments.

Stephen Demianyk, UK channel manager at Ipswitch, said: "Receiving this honour from DCS is a testament to the hard work of our engineering team and the dedication of our channel partners to take this product so widely to market."

The WhatsUp Gold suite of network, application and server monitoring software was certified under the Common Criteria Evaluation and Validation Scheme (CCEVS) in March 2014. WhatsUp Gold was also recently a nominee for industry awards from Network Computing and Network Products Guide.
