Interxion, a leading European provider of carrier-neutral colocation data centres, today announced its sponsorship of TradeTech Europe, the 10th Equity Trading and Technology Summit, taking place on the 20th - 22nd April 2010 at the Excel Centre, London.
TradeTech Europe is the leading industry conference and exhibition, bringing together approximately 2,000 Financial Services professionals, dedicated to high-level discussion on the major challenges facing the equity trading market. It boasts a varied format that combines invitation-only forums alongside plenary discussions to deliver a total focus on buy-side technology issues.
As well as sponsoring the event, Interxion will be exhibiting at stand 62. Its dedicated Financial Services team will be on hand to offer advice on successful colocation and connectivity strategies for buy-side and sell-side firms that aim to achieve cost-effective, low-latency access to the key trading venues across Europe.
“TradeTech Europe provides an important forum for sharing best practices on the technologies that power low-latency algorithmic and high-frequency trading,” said Kevin Dean, Chief Marketing Officer Interxion. “Interxion’s Financial Hubs host a large and growing community of exchanges, sell-side and buy-side firms, and connectivity vendors. By sharing the experience we have gained from serving financial services firms across Europe, we aim to help attendees meet their objectives in terms of latency and connectivity.”
