(London June 23, 2010) – iBAHN, the worldwide leader in digital entertainment and Internet solutions for the hospitality and meeting industries, today announces the expansion of its Arabic support centre to cover Europe The Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region.
iBAHN’s Arabic support centre will provide 24/7 telephone support for both iBAHN users and hotel partners on its full digital entertainment and High Speed Internet Access (HSIA) installations throughout EMEA.
The support centre is already live and supporting local iBAHN partners such as The Egyptian Resorts Company (ERC) in the luxurious Sahl Hasheesh International Resort Community, which is destined to be the largest of its kind in the world and is equipped with a state-of-the-art IPTV solution and HSIA over fibre-optic cable.
iBAHN recognises that support services are some of the most important issues to hotel partners. As a result, access to a flexible and local language support structure is essential to support the rise in high bandwidth applications and content.
iBAHN’s language support covers its worldwide IP network, providing support services in languages such as English, French, German, Spanish, Arabic, Mandarin, Cantonese, with Japanese and Korean to follow shortly.
Graeme Powell, Managing Director EMEA, iBAHN, comments: “iBAHN’s Arabic support service is already offering our users and hotel partners an enhanced experience and complete peace of mind for all their connectivity and digital entertainment requirements. Thanks to our support teams we can provide support in a growing range of languages for our customers as required, for example Arabic speaking visitors to London are now all able to get support in their native language. This is an increasingly important aspect for our service that covers more than 1.8 million travellers monthly in 41 countries worldwide.”
