Liverpool based Human Recognition Systems (HRS) are preparing to launch the new online pre-enrolment feature for MSite – the UK’s leading secure biometric access and management reporting solution. The HRS Construction team will be demonstrating the new feature at this year’s Infrastructure show 18th - 20th October, NEC Birmingham, stand 05-IG40.
The MSite pre-enrolment feature will enable all employees and contractors to pre-enrol their details before they arrive on site, significantly reducing the impact on administration resource and simplifying the process of getting workers on site quickly.
The easy-to-use pre-enrolment interface has been designed to be simple and straightforward to use. It places the responsibility for the time consuming and laborious task of data input with the sub-contractors, saving the on-site administration team an estimated 6-8 minutes for every worker required onto site.
Mike Connolly, Project Consultant at Human Recognition Systems comments, “The MSite enrolment feature has always been relatively easy to use, but with this new pre-enrolment module it enables the main contractor to pass on the time sensitive tasks of administration and data input to the sub-contractors.
“The pre-enrolment feature effectively gets new workers onto site much quicker, delivering tangible cost savings in time worked and also reduced administration overheads.”
HRS will use the Infrastructure show to demonstrate the new online enrolment feature of MSite, together with a showcase of the civil edition of MSite that was launched earlier this year.
