The event, to be held on Thursday 16th May, will feature two panels of senior executives from successful Nordic and international companies. During the event, the panellists will debate two hot topics – ‘What’s next for Nordic tech?’ and ‘the future of mobile operators’.
Hot Topics has become recognised as the platform through which global technology leaders, innovators & influencers connect, understand and shape the industry. The executive panellists at Hot Topics Stockholm will include:

At this event, delegates will be treated to two highly-interactive panel discussions:
Hot Topic 1 - What's Next for Nordic Tech?
With Silicon Valley and East Asia now leading the world in mobile software and
mobile hardware, how can the Nordics’ renowned technology industry compete?
Which sectors should it focus on? What kind of talent does it need? And does it have
the funding to compete on the world stage?
Hot Topic 2 – The future of mobile operators
With Internet companies taking over the service layer and equipment makers running
their networks, mobile operators are feeling the squeeze. What will the mobile operator of the future look like? How will it add value? And how will it work with major equipment suppliers, such as Ericsson, and innovative start-ups, such as Spotify?
Hot Topics has a pedigree in attracting some of the global technology industry’s most influential executives to its events. Each event comprises thought-provoking debate on the industry’s most pertinent topical issues. This is then followed by a high-level networking session with the panellists and other delegates. Hot Topics hosts four showpiece events each year. These take place in Barcelona, London, Stockholm and San Francisco.
“Scandinavia is an exciting and innovative market for technology and we are delighted that we are holding our first event in Stockholm,” said Philip Randerson, Founder, Hot Topics and Managing Director of European Leaders. “Hot Topics Stockholm will be a platform of ground-breaking discussion and lively debate for the industry’s seasoned executives, investors and the hottest start-ups.
