Global 360 Appoints Rob Glenn Senior Vice President of International Sales and Services

Process- and Document Management Leader Expands International Sales and Service Operations

LONDON – SEPTEMBER 16, 2009 – Leading Process and Document Management solutions provider Global 360 today announced it has further bolstered its European operations with the promotion of Rob Glenn to senior vice president of international sales and services. Based in the company’s newly expanded London offices, Glenn will be tasked with bringing the same level of success to Global 360’s operations in Asia Pacific and other emerging markets as he has had leading Global 360’s EMEA sales and service operations.
 
In its last fiscal year, Global 360’s European operations grew software revenues by more than 50 percent as customers embraced the company’s product strategy, including the company’s new persona-based approach, which addresses the unique tasks, tools and views of the specific personas that are critical to the success of any BPM initiative. The company’s revenues from its European operations now represent approximately 25 percent of worldwide revenue. Staff in Global 360’s London offices has grown 25% in the same period, with overall European staff growing 15%.

“As the EMEA market starts showing signs of process maturity and faces a difficult economic climate, customers that have been using BPM for years are looking for news ways to drive efficiencies and make improvements to the bottom line,” noted Glenn. “Our goal is to work with them to make that happen.”
