London, 25 February 2011 – Econsultancy, the world’s leading source of independent advice and insight on best practice digital marketing and ecommerce, has announced the launch of its new Digital Content Strategy training course.
The one day session explores the growing importance of content as a business differentiator, and provides delegates with an understanding of the operational considerations around creating, managing and maintaining effective content. Delegates will leave with a seven step process for building a content strategy and generating the content types, guidelines and editorial plans to support it.
Econsultancy logoVivien Underwood, Training Manager at Econsultancy commented, “Effectively planning and managing content is becoming increasingly important as the industry emerges, and the launch of this course is an exciting addition to our suite of content management training programmes. This course provides both best practice as well as support for delegates who are keen to share experiences and understand how others are tackling these emerging requirements.”
The Digital Content Strategy course will be run by Sticky Content’s Catherine Toole who is well positioned to offer proven methodologies, having spent the last 13 years planning, auditing, writing and editing digital content for some of the UK’s best-known brands, government departments and charities.
The first session runs in London on 9th March 2011 for £525 + VAT, with further sessions, including 25th May, 21st June and 11th October 2011, throughout the year in both London and Manchester. You can book directly through the website
