Customers are delighted with Confirmit's investment in Germany

London, UK and Oslo, Norway and New York, NY: 2 August 2011: Confirmit, the leading global software provider for Customer Feedback, Employee Feedback and Market Research, has today opened its first subsidiary in Germany.  Located in Cologne, the new Confirmit office will be a centre of excellence for new and existing clients and solidifies Confirmit's dominance and leadership in the feedback management and market research markets.  The German office will be part of an already successful EMEA team which includes Confirmit's headquarters in Oslo, Norway as well as offices in England and Russia.

Dan Starkey, Business Development Director for Confirmit will head up the office in Cologne.  Dan has been with Confirmit since 2007 in the feedback management and market research markets and has been working closely with Confirmit's German customers whilst based in the London office. He has started and will continue to recruit local Cologne people to work in the new office.

Over the past six months, Confirmit has delivered 21 million completed surveys on its On-Demand platform, a 35% increase on the first half of 2010 (and 83% over 2009). In the same period, Confirmit continued its 100% overall uptime, powering a total of 170 million completed surveys in 2010.
