Part of company plan to boost operations in Ireland

2nd August, 2011 - Commidea, part of the Point Group, is pleased to announce the establishment of a dedicated office in Dublin, Ireland.  The decision to setup a permanent physical presence reflects both Commidea’s growing success in the Irish market and its positive outlook for the market’s future growth. 

Commidea and Point have both followed the market’s performance closely and are forecasting strong growth opportunities over the next five years. Commidea has already delivered over 600 Ocius-based card payment solutions to the market and Ocius Sentinel, its flagship point-to-point encryption payment solution, is certified by all of the local acquirers.

The new operation will consist of a sales team headed up by Mark Mooney and Freddie Graham and will be fully integrated with the operational, customer service and development teams based at Commidea’s UK headquarters in Ashford, Kent.
