Bowman Power’s Growth Plans and Complex Engineering Requirements Made Epicor the Perfect Choice

Epicor Software Corporation, a leading provider of enterprise business software solutions for the midmarket and divisions of Global 1000 companies, today announced that Bowman Power Group Ltd, a clean technology company leading in the field of exhaust energy recovery systems to improve power efficiency, reduce fuel consumption and lower CO2 emissions in piston engines, has selected the Epicor 9 next-generation enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution. As a young company beginning the mass-commercialization of its products, Bowman Power will be implementing Epicor ERP across engineering, manufacturing, production, supply chain, sales and customer warranty services.

Started in 2004, Bowman Power has been dedicated to the development of clean technology to increase the efficiency of internal combustion engines through the regeneration of energy from exhaust fumes. The company has been focusing largely on the research & development of its products and the creation of engineering samples for testing and early adopters. The company is now commercializing the products and already has large orders to fulfil, which has driven the need for an ERP solution, replacing the small business software and in-house developed systems used to date.
