Melbourne, 28th June, Axios Systems, the world‘s leading provider of IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions is pleased to announce a new alliance partnership with Focus On Business, experts in ITSM and CRM Solutions and Business Improvement Consultancy.

Under the agreement, Axios will train the Focus on Business team on how to implement and get the most out of Axios’ core IT Service Management solution, assyst. Axios will also work closely with Focus on Business on joint marketing initiatives.  The joint offering to the market brings together the strength of one of the world’s leading ITSM software solutions with the local knowledge and consulting expertise of Focus on Business, which has consulted to, and implemented solutions in, many of South East Asia and New Zealand’s major companies over the past decade.

The move comes as Axios seeks to extend and deepen its presence and commitment to the region. The partnership agreement will extend assyst’s ITSM solution availability in the Asia Pacific region, and enable more customers to take advantage of the local presence that Focus on Business brings.

Focus On Business, who have over 20 years of experience, with offices in UK, Asia and New Zealand, provide consultancy and implementation services to enable business efficiency. The partnership with Axios Systems will enable Focus on Business to present a fully integrated ITSM solution, coupled with their strong consulting and implementation services.

Sean Hywood, Group General Manager from Focus on Business in Malaysia, says “We look forward to partnering with Axios Systems and offering the assyst solution, while benefiting from their 20-plus years in the ITSM industry. Our territories cover Malaysia, New Zealand, Thailand, Indonesia and Hong Kong, with a new office now open in Singapore.  We feel that having a fully integrated solution, encompassing all ITIL processes, backed with the experience of Axios Systems will enable us to offer a ‘complete’ service to our customers and prospects in the region”.
