Aspect Enterprise Solutions (AES), a leading provider of software as a service (SaaS) commodities trading and risk management solutions, today underscores its commitment to quality and customer service with the appointment of Rouven Schreck to the newly created post of director of quality and customer service.
Schreck brings to AES a wealth of quality management expertise across a range of businesses in Europe and the US including Rivermuse, Visto, Good Technology and application service provider Andate together with several other Vodafone Group companies. In addition to overseeing product quality he will also lead customer service across the entire family of AspectDSC and AspectCTRM solutions.
In his new position Schreck joins an expanded management team at AES and reports directly to AES CEO Steve Hughes. “Rouven is a key addition to the AES team and will focus on quality throughout the organization from initial product design through to delivery, implementation and long-term customer support. His appointment is a reflection of our commitment to quality standards and to excellent customer service across a growing product family and an expanding range of commodity markets.”
