ACSI will use the SOA capabilities of the Cordys Business Operations Platform to integrate disparate systems and the Business Activity Monitoring module to provide management information. In addition, the Composite Application Framework will provide the tools to build new applications faster and cheaper without changing the underlying systems. More importantly Cordys’ Business Process Management capabilities will be used to orchestrate ACSI’s daily operational CRM-related business processes.
