Job Description: You would be individually responsible / lead the team for verifying process compliance and assessing quality of software and other work products for multiple software development projects for various business units. You would be involved in the entire cycle of the projects through reviews of Engineering deliverables (FS/DS/ User manuals), Management deliverables (Proposals, RFPs), Software Testing and Verification of Process aspects (Tailoring, Audits). .
Desired Profile
You should have 1- 4 yrs of experience in Software development in Web / Client Server technologies with exposure to Java / J2ee & .Net and Knowledge of SDLC.
Exposure to Banking / Finance Domain would be an added advantage. Hands-on exp in any quality / process initiatives or knowledge of CMM / CMMI models, Development / Testing, certification like CSQA / CISA / PMP would be added advantage
Soft / Behavioral Skills: Confident, Responsible and high Initiative; Strong business Communication and customer interaction skills; Strong in problem Solving and quick in decision making
