* RoboHelp for working on help files
* Acrobat for making PDFs
* Ability to follow established processes for developing documentation
* Ability to research functional designs and technical documentation to determine what needs to be added or changed in the existing manuals and help files.
* Ability to learn to use the software so they can use the software as they develop their documentation.
* Ability to participate in review cycles and incorporate feedback and changes from reviewers.
