London and Frankfurt, 11th December, 2007 – Transduco (
www.transduco.com), the specialist provider of cross-border business development services for companies operating across the English, French and German speaking financial services technology sectors announced today that the second Transduco Pavilion at EBIF had delivered on its business objectives, raising awareness and generating new business opportunities for its exhibitors.
The European Banking and Insurance Fair (E.B.I.F.), Europe’s largest independent technology trade fair for the banking and insurance sector brought together expert decision makers and IT vendors. Taking the opportunity to present on the Transduco Pavilion were SWIFT, the Euro Banking Association (EBA), GoldenSource, CB.Net, Datamation and Eiger Systems. Feedback has indicated that the quality and seniority of business contacts visiting the Pavilion was consistently high. Hot topics included SEPA, MiFID, payments, reference data, standards and regulation.
Stefan Mies, Founder and Managing Director of Transduco, said “The Transduco Pavilion was designed to be an affordable bridge to the German speaking market. This year at E.B.I.F., the Pavilion attracted a high calibre of vendors and industry associations. Transduco takes care of the logistics and organisation and our exhibitors simply turn up and present to the market thus allowing their resources to be focused in the right areas.”
“The Transduco Pavilion worked extremely well for GoldenSource at E.B.I.F. We were very pleased with stand location, facilities and services. It was an extremely efficient method of meeting with key prospects and customers from the banking and insurance sectors. The Pavilion gave us a high quality presence at an important trade exhibition and allows us to make the best use of our investment in this event. We rely on Transduco as we know they are a reliable partner with a proven business concept that makes our job easier and more straightforward and we look forward to working with Transduco again in the future,” said Gert Raeves, Vice President Business Solutions, GoldenSource.
“With Transduco’s professional support, we had a successful event and their unique services ensured that attending E.B.I.F. was a breeze for CB.Net. Transduco’s experts took care of the logistics and organisation so that we could concentrate on meeting with prospects and raising our awareness in the industry. The presence of two leading industry associations helped attract high numbers of delegates to the Pavilion,” said Nicholas Daniel Business Development Manager, CB.Net.
Thomas K. Schuetz, Managing Director of Messe Frankfurt Ausstellungen GmbH, which is responsible for organising the E.B.I.F. said, “The Transduco Pavilion was a big success, it attracted two major industry associations along with quality vendors committed to the German market. We appreciate that the Pavilion is a proven concept for exhibitors to gain low cost, low resource exposure to the German speaking market.”
Mies concludes, “We have already had several enquiries about exhibiting on the Transduco Pavilion at E.B.I.F. 2008. There has also been strong interest in the Transduco Pavilion’s that are planned for 2008 such as FundForum in Barcelona (July), and Sibos in Vienna (September).”
