"Ease Stress, Melt Away Tension Headaches and Feel Better in as Little as 2 Minutes"
STEP 1.
Warm your hands and fingers by rubbing them together briskly and then hold your temples (neurovasculars = the sides of your forehead-----feel for these indentations)
STEP 2.
Continue to hold these NeuroVascular pulse points until you can feel the pulses beat in the same rhythm on both sides ( blood circulating ) equalizing and balancing so that BOTH sides of your Brain have blood flowing smoothly.
Breath into your belly button (lower abdomen) so that it rises as you inhale and with each and every relaxing exhalation it falls and your chest remains still. Notice how you can start to relax, more and more...
Slow Down your Breathing even more...
(EXCELLENT for Melting Tension Head Aches !!!)
Make sure to have your jaws lose and your mouth slightly open and your neck and shoulders relaxed. Also, your tongue should lightly connect with the roof of your mouth.
STEP 3.
Now while continuing to hold these points and breathing slowly, evenly and deeply you can notice how much more relaxed and at ease you are feeling,
Now take one of your hands and place it at the BACK of your HEAD and neck.
You can use one hand to hold both of the front pulse points (your thumb on one side and your fingers on the other side)
And with the other hand you Massage the back of your head and neck and ears and help your Circulation to flow smoothly and naturally.
As you are doing these things and feeling better you may want to pay attention to any symbol, sound and or feeling that pops into your mind because this symbol could be your very own symbol that represents relaxation.
You could find yourself stressed and slow your breathing and recall this symbol or sound or feeling and you'll relax more quickly and easily each and every time...
It will start to become a healthy habit.
