In2M Corporation a leading U.S. based internet and mobile software services company and the developer of Mvelopes Personal, an online spending management/budgeting service has need for a Product Support Representative at its Mumbai, India subsidiary office, In2M Technologies.
Position Summary:
The Product Support Representative will primarily support the U.S./U.K./ Australian markets, answering inbound support questions from Mvelopes Personal users via live chat & emails regarding the use of the product.
Essential job functions include:
Taking inbound customer requests for support through live chat and email, and managing all aspects of the support incident.
Adhere to prescribed compliance standards.
Core Level Qualifications:
A solid command of the English language, both written and verbal, and excellent communication skills.
Candidate must possess a strong customer orientation.
Candidate must have strong sense of giving Quality customer service.
Candidate must be willing to work in rotating shifts including night shifts.
Non-Technical Skills:
An enthusiastic attitude motivated to contribute and do what it takes to get things done
Problem Solving / Analytical Skills the ability to gather data, analyze it, draw conclusions and make recommendations.
