- Ensuring fast response time to fields needs and request and maintaining strong networks across assignments.
- Identifying and short listing the resumes on the basis of required skills and experience, and parity of the company
- Salary negotiations, joining formalities maintaining the HR relationship with the candidates till they are on board.
- Sending performance reports on weekly and monthly basis.
