The coveted global award was announced at a black tie affair Thursday night before a host of commodity experts and dignitaries at London's Savoy Hotel presented by British comedian Alun Cochrane.
"The "CTRM Software Excellence" category is one of the most heavily contested by some really reputable companies who have been around a long time. To win this award for the second time in three years is an honor," said Aspect President & CEO Steve Hughes. Award winners were chosen based on several criteria, including votes from industry participants.
