Leading global cloud vendor Aspect Enterprise Solutions announced today the opening of its new office in Houston, Texas, adding to its offices in New York, London, Moscow and Singapore. Aspect also re-located its Moscow office to Moscow's City Center into a larger, more modern office space near the Kremlin.
Aspect's relocation and new office location are fueled by rapid expansion and growth for its leading energy trading and risk management solution, AspectCTRM.
Since its inception, Aspect has had an office in Moscow which is where its development center is located, along with sales, accounting and customer care teams. Aspect is the only vendor in the E/CTRM space with an office in Moscow servicing an extensive customer base in the CIS/Russian Federation and throughout Eastern Europe.
Aspect's Houston office includes sales and support staff for its more than 100 customers and 550 users in North America.
AspectCTRM, its flagship product, has seen tremendous growth over the past 4 years, adding more customers than any other vendor in the industry. Over the past 12 months, Aspect has enjoyed steady, consistent growth for its energy trading and risk management solution, growing by 18% in revenue. New users were added throughout North America, and in every region of the world. In Asia, Aspect was just recognized with the coveted 2014 Energy Risk Asia Award for "Technology House of The Year."
Also important to Aspect's continued growth is its new partner program, APP, which launched in July of this year. The Houston team is working with its new Premium Partner, Schneider Electric, a company's whose strengths in delivering solutions, intelligence and consultancy to companies in energy management is unmatched in North America.
According to Aspect VP for the Americas, Sheshieda Davis, the opening of the Houston office is very important for a few reasons.

Now with sales and support here in Houston, our customers can expect more localized service in the South and South East.
