Positive outlook for Q3 as a result of market segmentation
The Internet Group, a London-based IT management company and service desk, is set to continue its focus on the mid-market, following a successful campaign in the sector over the previous quarter.
The company has seen its client base grow significantly within the sector with a number of new client wins in the 100 – 350 employee category. The company began actively targeting the sector earlier in the year following a number of strategic hires in its specialist storage and enterprise architecture team.
The firm has also confirmed a positive third quarter forecast, as a direct result continued growth in the mid-market, enabling the company to expand from its traditional SMB space.
Adam Maurice, managing director of The Internet Group said, “We are seeing a number of mid-market businesses re-evaluating their IT spend, and with our new portfolio of services, we can deliver a range of solutions to reduce their IT costs and increase their business efficiency.”
“The message we are getting from customers and prospects alike in the mid market is that the biggest challenge IT managers are confronted with is how to manage and keep up IT operations in a highly constrained budgetary environment. IT managers and CIOs alike are facing a tough time and they are using outsourcing as a means extending budgets and operational efficiency. The result: The Internet Group is ideally positioned to help,”
"This is a tremendously exciting time for The Internet Group as it drives into the mid-market. We well poised to take advantage of the considerable investment being made in personnel and infrastructure, including a new site in central London, made to ensure it can perform and deliver in this highly competitive sector."
With its IT outsourcing solutions for medium sized businesses booming, The Internet Group has been recognised for its open and direct communication with clients. It has retained its 3-star SDI (Service Desk Institute) accreditation for a second successive term and was praised for its unfailing commitment to continual service improvement in the service desk industry.
