Chelsio Communications is the leading provider of 10 Gigabit Ethernet adapters, delivering protocol-offload and acceleration technology to improve application performance and communications bandwidth for high-performance servers and storage systems.
The selected candidate will be involved in the HW/SW for Chelsio TOE, NIC, iSCSI and iWARP products. Candidate must be familiar with TOE, NIC, iSCSI and iWARP concepts. The role will include system setup, support and troubleshooting Chelsio's 1 & 10G PCI-X/PCI-Express Ethernet TOE/NIC/iSCSI/iWARP cards and device drivers on Linux/Windows/FreeBSD/Solaris.
Candidate should contain strong knowledge in as many of the following:
OS: Linux, Windows, FreeBSD, Solaris
Linux: RHEL3, RHEL4U3, RHEL4U4, SUSE10, FC4, FC6, latest kernel.org releases
Benchmarking Tools: netperf, iperf, ntttcp, chariot, IOmeter, Izone
Monitoring Tools: ethereal, tcpdump, perfmon.exe, webmin, task manager
Protocols: TOE, NIC, iSCSI, iWARP, TCP/IP, UDP, PCI-X, PCI-Express, Ethernet
Scripting: TCL, shell, Perl, Bash
Tools: compilers, cvs, bugzilla, gnats
