Engineering Degree with 2+ or Diploma with 4+ years Experience
Hardware trouble shooting
Good Soft skills
Excellent Communication Skills, knowledge of Helpdesk Management.
Skills on OS & Desktop SW
Expertise in Servers, Laptops, Printers.
MCP/MCSE/CCNA/A +/ITIL Certifications
