The foundation of Check Point certifications, CCSA certification validates a candidate's ability to configure and manage fundamental implementations of Check Point's flagship product, VPN-1/FireWall-1, as an enterprise level Internet security solution to protect corporate networks. Proficiencies include defining and configuring security policies, enabling secure access to information across corporate networks, monitoring network security activity, and implementing measures to block intruder access to information assets.

Check Point Security Administration NGX I (CCSA-N) Rev 1.1 is a foundation course for Check Point's flagship product, VPN-1 NGX. This course is intended to provide an understanding of basic concepts and skills necessary to configure VPN-1 NGX. During this course, students will configure a Security Policy, and learn about managing a firewalled network.
