Mark Van Daele appointed Senior Manager Strategic Consulting

London, U.K., May 06, 2009 — OpenSymmetry, an independent leader in highly specialised consulting for Sales Performance Management (SPM), today announced the appointment of Mark Van Daele as Senior Manager, Strategic Consulting at OpenSymmetry.

This senior level appointment builds on the company’s commitment to build its profile in Europe. Based in Belgium, Mark will be responsible for SPM consulting and business development in the Benelux region. One of his objectives is to establish OpenSymmetry as the key player for SPM consulting work by extending partnerships with major software vendors in the SPM space while providing top-level consulting services to OpenSymmetry’s European client base.

A former Managing Director EMEA at Santorini Consulting, incentive compensation management consultancy and Managing Director EMEA Client Services for Callidus Software, Van Daele brings with him a wealth of experience in the compensation and sales performance management space.
