Increasingly we’re seeing creative and intelligent HR practices and employee offerings that ensure the working experience is positive, and that employee groups get what they want from their employment. We’re seeing a heavy emphasis on flexible benefits, on segmented employee offerings and on career development that ensures employee growth and good succession planning.”
“To be honoured as one of Britain’s Top Employers for the second consecutive year is something we take great pride in and is an acknowledgment to all the hardworking people at Meltwater. The Meltwater investment in nurturing and developing home-grown talent has been the single most important factor in growing Meltwater from a two man start-up in Norway 11 years ago, to the world’s leading news and social media monitoring company today, counting over 900 employees in 57 offices, across 6 continents and 27 countries.” said Jorn Lyseggen, Founder and CEO.
Meltwater offers its people outstanding working conditions such as working with market-leading technology and innovation, growing its own talent, a friendly, collaborative culture, great chances to work abroad and growth potential in both sales and opportunities.
