LONDON, UK, 31 May 2012 - Infobip, one of the world's fastest-growing mobile services providers, announced today it is opening two new regional offices in Dubai (UAE) and Sydney (Australia). Infobip already has major regional offices in Moscow, Johannesburg, Kuala Lumpur and Buenos Aires, as well as other smaller sub-regional offices across the world.
Dubai and Sydney are global economic powerhouses and headquarters of many enterprises and mobile operators, Infobip’s primary clients. Infobip CEO Silvio Kutic says, “Both cities are logical locations for our regional offices and we’re excited now that we’ll be able to fully serve our existing clients, but also present our mobile solutions to new audiences”.
In addition to being one of the world leaders in bulk SMS, enterprise mobile services and network management systems for mobile operators, Infobip has recently launched its latest innovation, the Centili m-payments system. Centili is powered by direct mobile billing technology and specialised for digital and virtual goods purchases, allowing amounts to be charged directly to the user’s mobile account. Mr Kutic goes on to say, “The technologically savvy consumers in UAE and Australia will surely welcome another innovation available to them through this simple but effective m-payments system”.
Infobip’s Dubai and Sydney offices are already staffed by professionals with extensive experience in these respective markets and have already launched operations in their full extent.
