Zürich, Switzerland, 04 January, 2013: CustVox, the Swiss based Customer Experience Management (CEM) solutions provider, has recently entered into a trading partnership with Jacobsons Direct, one of the top marketing agencies in the Middle East. This new collaboration between CustVox and Jacobsons Direct, will enable CustVox to leverage the reach of Jacobsons in the region, and develop the market for its innovative Voice of the Customer (VoC) Hub, one of the most effective, unified, SaaS based CEM platforms available.

The partnership between CustVox and Jacobsons sees Jacobsons become a reseller for the CustVox product range. Jacobsons will also be providing local CEM consultancy services, in the Arabic language to Middle Eastern customers. CustVox already has a history of dealing with large corporations in the region, including the Emirates airline. By teaming up with Jacobsons, CustVox is going to build on its track record in the Middle East, with Jacobsons providing the boots on the ground to proactively market the CustVox product range, using its own local expertise.

George Jacob speaking on behalf of Jacobsons has stated that, “We were looking for a feature rich, state of the art CEM solution. Ideally we wanted something that also supported both text mining and sentiment analysis in the regional languages. The CustVox range of products meets all of our needs and more.”

CustVox develops superior Customer Feedback and Voice of the Customer technologies that have proven to be simple to implement, and deliver an incredibly speedy ROI. CustVox makes full use of its expertise of CEM to ensure that customers receive a CEM solution that fits their needs entirely, and can take them from their current CEM position, to CEM maturity, based upon their industry and location. By partnering with Jacobsons, CustVox will be able to leverage the value of local expertise, and build a stronger brand in the Middle East arena.

Martin Holly, the Regional Manager of CustVox states that, “We are very pleased to be partnering with Jacobsons. This new trading relationship enables us to become a permanent presence in a market that we have already had a significant number of enquiries from. We can now support these potential customers, who will benefit from our strong presence in Dubai, and the skill of our local consultants.”
